Hello! My name is Agata Wiśniewska, and I come from Warsaw, where both my personal and professional life are rooted. My first serious professional interest led me to the Faculty of Law, and later to judicial and legal counsel training. I completed both and worked for many years as a legal advisor and manager in corporations, both global and local. I also ran my own business. Due to upheavals in my private life and a desire to bring more peace and harmony into it, which suddenly seemed lacking, I turned towards psychology and philosophy. This was my second serious professional interest. I successfully apply my previous knowledge and experience in therapeutic and workshop settings. I understand well what stress, time pressure, and performance pressure entail—this constant juggling between work and home. Mindfulness practice helped me find the much-needed peace and balance in my life.
Privately, I am a mother of two teenagers. I have a great fondness for water in all its forms—lakes, rivers, seas—swimming, diving, observing waves, as well as long hikes in the mountains. I believe Poland is a beautiful country and I try to explore it whenever I have a moment.
Feel free to reach out, and let’s embark on a journey towards better understanding of yourself and achieving inner harmony and peace. My experience and passion are at your disposal to explore and fulfill life’s full potential together.
